Contact Information
With your permission, DeedShare may access contact phone numbers stored on your device.
We use contact phone numbers to:
- Invite friends and family to DeedShare

- Identify invitation relationships
- Support Power Circle participation
- Improve user connectivity within the platform
When a user invites an individual who is not yet a DeedShare user, we may store that individual’s phone number and referral relationship information so that we can identify the invitation source if the individual later creates a DeedShare account.
We do not sell contact information to third parties.
You may revoke contact permissions at any time through your device settings.

Creating, joining, or participating in a Power Circle does not constitute:

No investment transactions, securities offerings, capital raising, escrow services, money movement, or investment activities are conducted through the current version of the platform.
Future investment-related functionality, if introduced, may be subject to additional agreements, disclosures, identity verification procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
